2 Months Prior to Event
- Save the Date: Preliminary notice sent to inform potential attendees of the upcoming event. Its purpose is to ensure that people mark their calendars and reserve the date, increasing the likelihood of attendance.
- (Optional) RSVP: Send out an RSVP request to gauge interest and attendance.
1 Month Prior to Event
- (Optional) Volunteer Request: Post a call for volunteers, detailing the roles and how to sign up.
2 Weeks Prior to Event
- Event Announcement: Publish an announcement to the school community, highlighting the key details and encouraging participation.
1 Week Prior to Event
- Reminder Post: Share a reminder about the event, emphasizing the importance and any last-minute details.
3 Days Prior to Event
- Final Reminder: Post a final reminder, including any updates or important information.
Day of Event
- Event Day Post: Share a post on the day of the event to encourage last-minute attendees and provide any real-time updates.
After Event
Thank You Post: Post a message thanking everyone for their participation and support. Include pictures from the event to highlight memorable moments and celebrate the success.
